The practice
Saffron Cloud Harbor is a small strategy advisory that works with founders, family businesses and regional companies in Japan facing growth, transition or structural change. The name says something about the method: a harbor is not the destination, but it is where you can think clearly before the next passage. Saffron is a reminder that the most useful things are often slow to grow and specific to their conditions. We keep engagements few and defined on purpose, so that the thinking stays close to your situation.
Our base is an office in Tsuyama, Okayama. Meetings are arranged by appointment, in person or online, and we agree on the place with you in advance; the address is where we receive post and enquiries, and we claim no local standing beyond it. Each engagement starts with a listening phase, moves to a written scope that you approve, and ends with a plain-language report your team can act on without us.
What we do not do: we are not a law firm, a tax or accounting practice, a licensed financial adviser or a filing agent, and this site claims no licence or qualification of that kind. Where a question touches contracts, taxes, share valuation or registration, we help you prepare it and a licensed professional of your choice carries out the regulated step.
